How Aspire got started
Aspire's founders met through work and found they wanted the same thing: a clinic that treats people straight. Between them they bring backgrounds in finance, wellness, quality assurance, and military service.
That turned into a partnership with a single goal: building a real health and wellness resource for New Orleans. Because we don't bill insurance, our providers can spend real time with you and actually work through your concerns.

Medical Director
Dr. Rashid is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive experience in emergency departments, hospital systems, and telemedicine settings. Known for compassionate, evidence-based care, he brings strong clinical judgment and a safety-first approach to medical leadership. As Medical Director, he makes sure every service is delivered safely and in line with current medical standards.

Physician
Dr. Arora brings extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, and telemedicine settings. His expertise spans ED treatment, medical weight loss, and general wellness. He holds active membership in the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Sonny Demelo
Clinical Director & Co-Founder
As clinical director and co-founder, Sonny specializes in results-driven care for ED and weight loss. A lifelong New Orleans resident and father of three, he creates welcoming treatment environments with personalized care plans.
Erick Vargas

Erick supports the clinical team with direct patient care and treatment coordination. He makes sure every patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Nationally registered paramedic with a BS in Applied Psychology, currently pursuing her MBA. Background includes extensive hands-on patient experience with an emphasis on comfort and informed care.
